I’m a psychologist based in Thornbury, Melbourne and online.
If you’re anything like the people I work with, you’re functioning on the outside, but privately, you feel stuck in repeating patterns, overwhelmed by emotion, or are relying on things like alcohol, substances or pornography to cope. These habits might bring momentary relief, but they often leave you feeling ashamed, guilty and disconnected. I’ve seen how capable people can feel shut down or alone in their struggles and how isolating it can be when nothing seems to change.
I work with adults who are looking to understand themselves more deeply and break the patterns that keep them stuck. I am particularly passionate about working with men, especially around trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression and long-standing emotional habits that impact relationships, confidence and wellbeing.
My style is practical and down to earth and I’m known to use humour to help you feel at ease. Therapy can be serious work, but it doesn’t have to feel heavy the entire time! I am also passionate about using EMDR as part of my work with trauma and painful experiences.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy exercise, playing the piano, cooking and making sourdough bread (which I take embarrassingly seriously).

I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation. I focus on making sense of what’s going on beneath the surface and helping you take practical steps that actually fit your life. I’m known for being authentic and down-to-earth. You’ll find the space is supportive but also honest. I believe real change happens when we address the core issues openly and genuinely.
